Track Your Grove & Gear Order
Once your order ships, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page.
How to check your order
• Open the shipping confirmation email sent to the email address used at checkout.
• Select the tracking link to view the latest carrier updates.
• If your order contains more than one item, the items may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.
Tracking information can take 24–72 hours to appear after a shipping label is created. This does not necessarily mean that the package has stopped moving.
Need help?
If tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, or if the carrier marks your order as delivered and you cannot locate it, contact us through our Contact page. Include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a short description of the issue.
Please check entrances, mailrooms, household members, neighbors, and any delivery notice from the carrier before contacting us about a delivered package.
