Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and recognized holidays. Processing times may increase during holidays, promotions, severe weather, inventory checks, or high-volume periods.
Delivery Estimates
For orders delivered within the United States:
• Standard tracked delivery: approximately 5–12 business days after dispatch.
• Oversized or special-handling items: approximately 7–15 business days after dispatch.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. If a product page or checkout displays a different delivery estimate, the estimate shown for that order controls.
Tracking and Split Shipments
Tracking information is emailed after dispatch and can take 24–72 hours to begin displaying carrier updates. Products may be fulfilled from different facilities, so one order can arrive in multiple packages on different dates.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee address changes after fulfillment begins. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be deducted from a refund or charged before reshipment where permitted.
Delays
Carrier congestion, weather, customs, public emergencies, remote destinations, and other events outside our direct control may affect delivery. If we learn that an order cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will provide an updated estimate and the options required by applicable law.
Packages Marked Delivered
If tracking shows delivered but the package cannot be found, check entrances, mailrooms, household members, neighbors, and carrier notices. Contact us promptly if the package remains missing so we can review available carrier information.
International Orders
International delivery is available only when offered at checkout. Customers are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or customs fees unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Customs processing can extend delivery time.
